Ingredients for Rosemary (Perfect for all hair types): Apple Cider Vinegar, Coconut oil, Sustainable Palm oil, Avocado Oil, Sunflower oil, Castor oil, Kokum Butter, Shea Butter, Marshmallow Root, Rosemary Powder, Rosemary Essential oil

Directions: Wet hair thoroughly. Wet the shampoo bar to get a nice, rich lather in your hands. You can either use the lather from your hands Or Place the wet shampoo bar on your hair and work your way from the scalp to the ends. Wet hair again, avoiding rinsing out the shampoo. Massage into scalp and hair. (If the shampoo bar has an exfoliant like Rosemary, do not apply that to the hair shaft. Work and Thick lather in your hands, and apply the lather from your hands to the scalp.) Until all hair has a nice thick lather. Let the shampoo sit in the hair for 2-5 minutes, then rinse out completely.

Your hair will feel different than it would with a commercial soap. This is normal and a very good thing. You can use hair oil before drying if needed. 

If you are new to using Natural Shampoos, your hair may go through a transition/Detox period. This can last anywhere from 3 days to 2 weeks. This will go away; it's your hair releasing the build-up that has happened from using commercial shampoos
